Dudson USA Inc. is the North American distribution arm of the Dudson Group.
We are based in a 60,000 square foot warehouse, showroom and North American headquarters office in foreign trade zone 93 in Raleigh, North Carolina.
This facility distributes products to Dudson customers in Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, Central and South America.
This location was carefully chosen in 1997 when the company relocated because it provides us with the flexibility of being headquartered in a foreign trade zone. We are able to ship product from our stock "in bond" or duty paid depending on the customer location and are not required to maintain a separate and distinct bonded inventory as mandated for a "bonded warehouse".
We carry over 150,000 dozen pieces in stock at any one time in 15 shapes and over 50 patterns. Our inventory is bar coded and shipments are controlled by a new state-of-the art bar code scanning system that eliminates errors and mis-shipments.
As a convenience for our Canadian customers, we provide weekly consolidated shipments to Bolton, Ontario and twice-monthly consolidated shipments to Montreal. A small specialty inventory is maintained in Bolton.

Dudson History
The Dudson Group manufactures exclusively in the United Kingdom. All production originates from their two factories situated in the towns of Burslem and Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
These two sites began production of Dudson hotelware in the early 1950s, and since then have seen substantially expanded and modernized through the company's ongoing investment and modernization program. Output is currently over thirteen million pieces per annum and plans are in place to increase capacity significantly in the coming years.
In total, the company employs over 700 people, made up from the skilled craftsmen and women of the local area known as 'The Potteries'. Dudson actively encourages the development of skills in it's work force and staff training is a priority of their personnel management.
